The young lady desereved her moment to shine...even if she really was GIVEN the award that should have gone to Beyonce'! As higher level mammals, we are priviledged to have discipline, discernment and impulse control. In my opinion, Kanye showed none! I'm an artist, an ex hustler, and an ex womanizer. I've lived most of my life with a blatant disregard for social parameters, but that was AS A CHILD!! As a grown ass man, I've learned diplomacy (though at times I may appear "urban contemporary" when I need to bring it out). Those times, for the most part, involve life and death situations. THIS WAS NOT LIFE OR DEATH...IT WAS AN AWARD SHOW! Katrina was life and death!! People give Kanye credit for having balls enough to speak his mind!! I say that he hasn't grown balls yet because he hasn't quite learned WHEN to speak his mind and WHEN not to do so. He was disrespectful to someone who wasn't derserving of that...regardless of what his intentions were!
