They are using Vick as an example…there are so many people dog fighting that are never delt with. From what I understand, Pitbulls are a creation of man and were bred for fighting purposes! Pitbulls were never meant to be pets in the first place…On the flip side, I think Mike Vick was stupid for even getting involved with an operation like this. Even if he wasn’t directly involved…the money was good (maybe for a drug dealer it was good money) but not for Vick. The dude was worth 144 million. What’s 20 to 30 thousand dollars gonna do for you…that money is nothing and you risk it all for that? The NFL clearly states in their contracts that gambling is not tolerated on any level (not even Vegas).
