I think you summed up what America fails to put out publically. The media picks it's targets and then we buy in to the bullshit. Most Americans can't think for themselves. Remember, I said MOST Americans...not ALL Amercians. My biggest beef is that Americans watch tv and just assume what the media tells them is true. False reporting happens all the time in this country and nobody makes a big deal out of it. We just take the BS and continue our day...we're so passive and vulnerable! Once the media finds someone guilty...even if there's no proof, they try to damage someone's character. The media will build you up and do their best to tear you down. I can't image living my life chasing and following someone else's life to get paid. The men and women who do this essentially have no life of their own. To me thats idiotic and a waist of time. Now you know why I don't watch tv...it's a bunch of negativity and lies. To many fake reality shows and meaningless information. The media will focus on stupid ass Lindsay Lohan, Paris Hilton, Nichole Richie, and Anna Nichole Smith for weeks but won't talk about the problems in America's urban neighborhoods. American doesn't focus on the fact that our country is at war and our little sons and daughters are dying for reasons we don't completely understand as US citizens. No, we focus on BS like Survivor and Sweet 16. What type of shit it this? I believe that we must have some balance...Sweet 16 would be cool if we focused just as much attention on the fact that our President (excuse me their President) cannot speak or complete intelligent sentences. I have nothing against Bush personally. I do not know this man at all and don't care to know or meet him. I have a problem with his policies and dictatorship. I have a problem with his administration! We (Americans) did not vote for Bush...always remember that! May God bless the Bush for family. I mean that sincerly too.
